Dispatch - jewellery will be dispatched through Royal Mail by first class mail 'Recorded signed for delivery' which for UK orders should take no longer than 1 -3 working days although it is recommended that you should allow up to 5 working days for order to reach you. If this delivery period is due to be longer it will be clearly stated on the shop page. Angela Smith will not be held responsible for any strike action taken by Royal Mail, and if a period of strike is set to last for more than 10 working days in a row, alternative arrangements will be sought.
Angela Smith does not hold any responsibility to damage caused to products during delivery - customers are recommended to seek remedy with the carrier. All goods are delivered as advertised where possible.
Payments- Angela Smith will accept all major credit cards through PayPal, therefore please ensure that PayPal will accept your card before attempting to make a payment.
Angela Smith will also accept cheques, although this will cause a delay in processing your order as cheques must clear before the order can be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Angela Smith with your account number and expiry date clearly written on back of cheque. Please refer to web site for address and email to advise Angela Smith, that you wish to make a purchase, stating items to to be purchased to ensure that these are reserved for you until payment has been received,.
Returns- returns are not available from Angela Smith unless the product is faulty or the order has been processed incorrectly.
