Crystal and Rhodonite charm bracelet

Bracelet of the day
Having dragged myself away from watching Wimbledon I had to make something special, when I got up to my workroom these crystal beads were sat on my mat screaming out to be used, and as they were all different I decided to combine them with some silver plate charms and throw in some Rhodonite beads to create this stunning sparkly bracelet.

Order of the day - Freshwater Pearls

Today I have had fun stringing freshwater pearls. I started by making a simple yet elegant  string of small white rice pearls as a commission. As these are an order for a gift I won't be showing those on this post. having completed the necklace I then started eyeing up some of the other pearls I had in my stock and decided to make some more items.

'Coffee and Cream'
necklace, bracelet and earring set.

'peaches and cream;
long necklace

'snow and ice'
white freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals

Festival Jewellery

Yesterday I attended the Eccleshall Festival as a member of the Staffordshire Artists Co-operative to help promote Gallery at 12
the theme was anything connected with Royalty - I went in a medieval style dress which I'd hired from Vintage Wardrobe in Gnosall
I collected the dress on Wednesday and then proceeded to make a few items of jewellery to wear with it over the next couple of days.

I am so thrilled with this, I thought I would share it with you all. A friend on twitter and fellow #sbs winner Dylan Moore of Aqua Design Group has come up with this for me after a conversation on twitter a couple of nights ago. Queen of Knitted Jewellery - I love it!!!!

thank you Dylan

Keeping the turquoise theme going - what a stunner!

I still had some turquoise chips threaded on the wire after crocheting the necklace featured on my previous post,  today I decided to use them all up - so I knitted this.

A mass of turquoise chips crocheted into a necklace

I have been busy with wire and beads again, this is one of the finished items. I made two necklaces in this style, one is now in Gallery at 12 in Eccleshall, the other is for the Newport Show unless I sell it before hand.
